Sr Application Analyst – Fiserv, Inc. – Coral Springs, FL

What does a great Senior Application Analyst do? Helps with development and support for several apps for our Merchant IT business. Proficient in all areas of software development such as designing, coding, testing, production support, etc.. These apps are supported 24x7x365. Have good oral and written communication skills to develop and exhibit designs and ideas. Interacts with product owner, project managers, IT manager, test team, support staff to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities – Ensures consistency to established standards and may consult with senior leaders on technology solutions. Responsible for leading technical aspects of a project. May be responsible for assigning resources and delegating tasks to meet project deliverables. Performs additional job duties as required.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration: 6+ years of related IT experience. Specialist in multiple languages and tools. Strong knowledge in emerging technologies, such as Cloud. Possesses strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies as well as all functional spaces in an IT organization.

Good understanding of how technology relates to business, market and industry and applies such knowledge to assist the needs of the business.

• Experienced in Java, spring boot, .net, web services, SQL database. Experienced in the software development processes (requirement analysis, designs, coding, testing, deployment production support). Knows how to apply efficient design principles for application performance. Experienced in credit card payments business. Must work together with product owners, project managers, IT managers, test teams, and support staff. Capability to support the apps 24x7x365
