Manager Facilities and Material handling Maintenance / Manager de la Maintenance des Infrastructures et des Equipements H/F

Position Summary:

Rattaché(e) au Senior Manager Facilities and Material handling Maintenance Fedex Europe du Sud & du Sud-Est, vous travaillez au sein d’une équipe constituée de 5 Managers Maintenance.

Vous êtes responsable de la planification, de l’organisation et de l’exécution de la maintenance des bâtiments, de la maintenance des équipements opérationnels et des services généraux (Facilities management, Energie, dechets) sur un scope régional composé de +-70 sites logistiques et administratifs.

Vous êtes garant(e) de la continuité du business en supports aux opérations en vous assurant de la bonne exécution des services (maintenance préventive et proactive, maintenance correctives et réactives, projets maintenance, services généraux) et en pilotant une équipe de Spécialistes maintenance, de Techniciens maintenance, de Facilities administrateurs et de sous-traitants

Vous garantissez la performance maintenance et service généraux sur votre domaine de responsabilité.

Vous lisez, parlez et ecrivez en Francais et en Anglais.
La maitrise de ces 2 langues est necessaire.

  • Gérer une équipe de cadres de maintenance, de Techniciens de maintenance et de Facilities administrateurs. Développer cette équipe en faisant grandir les collaborateurs
  • Acteur majeur dans la mise en place de la nouvelle stratégie maintenance européenne
  • Coordonner et prioriser les actions de maintenance avec les cadres de maintenance et les sous-traitants dans le respect des budgets prévus
  • Préparer et proposer les plans d’investissements maintenance
  • Mener les projets d’améliorations continues sur les équipements et services en coopérations avec les services centraux européens. Optimiser ou développer de nouveaux contrats de services
  • Alignement et communication avec ses clients internes et son management
  • Reporting régulier au Senior Manager
