Job Summary

As a Product Solutions Vice President in Liquidity & Account Solutions, you are a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique product solutions in partnership with Sales and coordinate with product teams to support new product development. Successful team members provide specialized advisory to help customers realize treasury efficiencies and future-proof their organization across complex events (e.g., M&A) as well as new business opportunities (e.g. deployment of platform business models).

Job responsibilities

  • Support the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product.
  • Contribute to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients
  • Deliver compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral
  • Build expertise across the Payments-wide value proposition, including how partner products can complement liquidity and account solutions
  • Establish forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Able to demonstrate the relevant level experience in a similar role, or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products
  • Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Effective communicator both written and verbally (including French and/or German)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Critical thinker who can digest complex topics and distil into simple themes
  • Able to handle multiple parallel threads with a high degree of organization
  • Able to collaborate in a team setting with multiple functional partners
  • Familiarity with the following topics is helpful: Corporate treasury; Cash management and liquidity structures; Payments and settlements; Client monies and associated regulation, have good awareness of applicability in the context of licensed Payment institutions (PI), Electronic money institutions (EMIs), Money Service Businesses (MSBs)/e-money (wallet); Understanding of capital market dynamics, and consequent application in the context of corporate treasuries (currency/risk management, hedging programs); Bank regulatory framework (e.g., Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Global Systemically Important Banks (G-SIBs), etc…); Money markets
