Business Banking Account Executive

As a Business Banking Account Executive, you’ll work directly with our largest regional bank partner to sell credit card processing solutions to small and medium sized businesses in the Richmond area. You are exactly who we’re looking for if you have successful experience in business development, outside sales, or B2B sales.

Compensation includes a competitive annual base salary, monthly commission floor payouts, and monthly recurring revenue payout rates for your first 24 months to help you adjust to your new role. You’re also eligible for annual performance based bonuses that include equity grants, guaranteed promotion opportunities, and incentive trips for top performers.

After two weeks of training, you will be paired with one of our region’s most successful peer mentors. Along with your local Virginia team to support you, you’ll learn exactly what it takes to be a top performer.



Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent with 3+ years sales experience.
  • Highly self-motivated, personable, bold, energetic, and creative
  • Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs and determine how we can help them achieve their goals.
  • Experience in a quota driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium size clients.
