Become an integral part of our J.P. Morgan team! Each day will be unique – bring a positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and get ready to roll up your sleeves. This position is an essential part of the team and will have exposure to several aspects of running a banking office.

As a 2024 French Alternatives Student in J.P. Morgan, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks. With a heritage of more than two centuries, a broad range of core and alternative strategies, and investment professionals operating in every major world market, we offer experience and insight that few other firms can match.

The program is designed to provide a fixed-term on the job experience in parallel to your university studies. You will be expected to be available to work full time for six months.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing leadership: participate to shape and build the marketing campaigns for JPMAM France in coordination with the Country Head and Marketing Head for the region.

• Marketing Material and Publications: participate to the local execution of marketing and thought leadership documents. Writing corporate and product content and marketing materials (brochures, fund factsheets, insight pieces), EN-FR translation and proofreading.

• Event Management: participate to develop and conduct virtual and in-person local events (industry events, client workshops, entertainment – with or without support from an external agency) for a unique and differentiating client experience; continuously develop JPMAM’s event standards and coordination of sponsored conferences and fairs.

• Digital: participate in the initiatives to ensure a digital customer journey through, social media and online marketing activities, incl. emails & the JPMAM website.

• PR: participate in the relationship with media/journalists, day to day coordination with the PR agency, management of the media CRM.

• Advertising: participate to plan, coordinate and implement traditional and digital advertising campaigns to promote our expertise

• Marketing campaigns: participate to develop and implement marketing campaigns in coordination with our French retail & wholesale client

• Sustainable investing: participate to coordinate local sustainable investing initiatives with internal and external stakeholder

• Compliance & regulations: ensure to follow the compliance rules, and internal policies, marketing materials compliance and log.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of experience in the financial industry with preferably a marketing experience.

• Good knowledge of the financial markets, and interest for the asset management and mutual funds industry.

• Proficient in French and English.

• Strong organization skills.

• Strong ‘can-do-attitude’, ability to overcome obstacles and relentless focus on driving results, as well a client-focus mindset.

• Excellent team player and, ability to manage multiple relationships with client advisors, product specialists and compliance.

• Able to prioritize and multi-task.

• Strong writing skills.

• Proficient with IT tools (Power Point, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro).
