To learn more, check out Job Summary: Responsible for developing and distributing sales programs to enhance media partnerships and maximize advertising sales revenue. Audience based sales solutions may include 3rd party partnerships, data solutions, digital solutions, content creation, promotions or events. Develop solutions based upon a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and in market challenges. Develop presentations, presentation materials, and pitches for the sales team and may assist on sales calls. Works with research on campaign effectiveness, tracking and reporting results to management. Implements assigned projects, as directed, and may assign tasks and provides leadership within the group. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge. Core Responsibilities: – Develops and distributes marketing campaigns, new advertising products, and promotional programs targeted at specific market segments. – The day-to-day voice between the broader marketing team and the local AE’s to ensure they have an understanding of our products and our solutions – Researches buyers’ priorities and preferences in selected channels to customize marketing programs. – Develops presentations and pitches for the Sales team. Ensures that the Sales team has adequate materials and information to sell the benefits and features of Effectv and the Effectv products. – Accompanies sales staff on selected calls to customers to help reinforce company value proposition and value of advanced advertising and sales solutions, and if necessary, makes modifications to specific marketing programs. – Demonstrates clear expertise and in-depth working knowledge of all areas of the function. – Mentors and trains junior members of the team. – Implements projects; assigns tasks and monitors project progression. – Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. – Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. – Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
