Join Procter & Gamble as a trainee Internal Communications Specialist!

Our aim is to help you to develop your creativity and your capacity for innovation, by giving you real responsibilities.

Reporting to the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for internal communication and events for the Blois production plant.

Your tasks will include :

  • Support the various departments in their internal communication projects by creating print and digital visual supports (producing videos, flyers, posters, booklets, digital display boards, etc.).
  • Helping to promote the site’s initiatives: well-being at work, solidarity, training, etc.
  • Co-organize internal or external events (plant visits, celebrations, annual company events, open days, etc.)
  • Independently write the quarterly company newsletter.
  • Manage relations with external contractors and suppliers in connection with your activities.
  • Maintaining close relations with the various departments in order to gather information on the various « field » topics that may be the basis for communication.
  • You may also be involved in taking photos and videos.
  • This apprenticeship will give you an understanding of the challenges of internal communication within a production plant, by putting you in contact with the various players in the organization and developing cross-disciplinary skills.

Job Qualifications

  • Initiative and creativity
  • A taste for project management
  • Good pedagogical skills, able to pass on information and make it accessible to all
  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite
  • Teamwork and good interpersonal skills to encourage collaboration
  • Fluency in English is a plus
  • 4/5 years’ higher education
  • Master’s degree in communication/graphics.
