As a JPMAM Client Advisor you are responsible for delivering outstanding client experience and for achieving sales targets for the organization. You will act as an ambassador of JPMAM at all times with client satisfaction being the goal.

Job summary

As an Institutional Client Advisor, Executive Director you will have the ability to establish credibility and build rapport with our clients promoting JPMAM Investment strategies in an effort to increase assets under management. Our goal is to penetrate deeper into the market and foster strong relationships with clients, new and existing.

Job responsibilities

  • Be ahead of industry developments and acquire a deep knowledge of the evolving regulatory landscape and product trends enabling JPMAM to anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions
  • Show a desire to collaborate and thrive on a team based environment where compensation, recognition and rewards accrue to the teams that operate in clients best interests
  • Deliver the best products and solutions to our clients combined with a proven ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders at senior levels

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong technical and analytic skills
  • Understanding of investment processes, risks, market and macro-economic framework
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with project management skills and flexibility at applying innovative ideas to meet customers’ needs
  • High-impact communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an effective way
  • Relevant and current experience within the French financial services industry with a preference for Asset Management in a client facing role

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Graduate degree CFA relevant post-graduate qualifications
  • Experience covering French insurers would be a strong plus
  • Capacity to operate in a team setting, cultivating effective relationships with internal partners
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Language: French (mother tongue), English (fluent in writing and speaking).
