AW Media are delighted to be partnering again with one of the global leaders in sports events hospitality. The Workforce Managers, are part of the Event Production department. They are responsible for the management and co-ordination of the workforce required to ensure the smooth running of the Olympic Games at the competition venues. They will ensure that all aspects of human resources, including employment contracts, scheduling, accreditation, and other related tasks, are managed efficiently and in compliance with current rules and regulations
Key responsibilities:
* Management of employment contracts
* Workforce planning
* Obtaining accreditations
* Administrative management
* Compliance mangement
* Training
Interested candidates must possess:
* Proven experience in large scale international sport events preferably in the field of HR management
* Knowledge of local and international labour laws
* Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills
* Proficiency in IT human resources management tools
* Ability to coordinate operational teams composed of direct reports, multiple contractors and services suppliers in delivering high level hospitality programmes
* Experience in working in a multi-cultural organisation and with international stakeholders
