In this role, you will:

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for Regional Sales Managers (RSM) during the design phase of the Order Acquisition (OA) process – provides strategic and tactical support through the final bid specification reviews, size UV systems, prepares proposals (i.e. Scope of Supply) and quotations as well as bid pricing strategy.
  • Serves as liaison between RSMs and other functional areas within Trojan – ensures that technical and /or administrative matters are, from an RSM and customer perspective, seamlessly handled – ensures that the RSM is kept apprised of any potentially adverse relationship issues.
  • Responsible for records of all sales quotes, bids and delivery information, and proactively intervenes with RSMs when barriers to sales and revenue growth exist to ensure internal/external concerns are dealt with promptly & fairly.
  • Implements and supports the continuous improvement of a high-efficiency, high capacity sales process that drives dynamic market penetration & revenue growth by actively working with Trojan leaders and peers to ensure sales processes and tools are developed and / or improved as required.

Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Post-Secondary education (Engineering and/or Water treatment process knowledge) plus sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales plans.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience in planning and implementing sales plans.
  • Capability to travel in EMEA region for significant portions of each fiscal year.
  • High proficiency in English required, written and oral, additional languages would be bonus (Spanish or French or Italian or Arabic or any Asian).
