Venez faire la différence en participant à la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux de votre équipe et ainsi garantir la satisfaction constante de nos clients B to B (PME/PMI, Grands Comptes, Secteur Public, Revendeurs).

Vos missions:

Vous assisterez une équipe d’ingénieurs commerciaux dans leur fonction et leurs missions quotidiennes:

• Vendre en direct par téléphone les produits et services offerts par DELL aux clients et aux prospects en réception et émission d’appels.
• Fournir aux clients les informations techniques et administratives sur l’offre de DELL et leur communiquer les propositions commerciales nécessaires à la réalisation des ventes.
• Assister les ingénieurs commerciaux dans le suivi administratif.
• Assurer la fluidité des commandes clients et le suivi auprès des différents services (Finance, Service logistique…)
• Générer une excellente satisfaction et sécurisation client en instaurant au sein de chaque compte afin de les fidéliser et de les inciter à promouvoir autour d’eux les produits DELL

Votre profil

• Bac +3 minimum validé – formation commerciale
• Excellente communication écrite et orale
• Appétence pour le secteur informatique
• Bon niveau d’anglais
