Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Financière vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble des missions comptables de l’hôtel en support de la Direction Financière.

A ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

– Process validation/Comptabilisation/paiement factures Fournisseurs

– Mise en place d’un suivi de lettrage des comptes Fournisseurs

– Lettrage des comptes Fournisseurs

– Suivi du compte de bilan : Acompte/paiement

– Mise à jour des comptes Fournisseurs : Changement de nom, adresse ect…

– Réconciliations des commandes / Factures reçues

– Collecte, archivage des contrats Fournisseurs
