Coca-Cola France is looking for one strategy intern or apprentice ( 12 months) to address key business questions and strategic insights to better capture untapped opportunities in the French market

By joining the Strategy Integration team in France , you will contribute to develop our business in a sustainable way . Within this team, you will manage different missions linked to our business opportunities and to the different strategic projects in progress . Scope includes retail ( hyper and supermarkets , convenience stores etc.) and out-of-home channels and covers the main brands in our portfolio in France : Coca-Cola Original taste, Coca-Cola No Sugar , Fanta, Sprite, Fuze Tea, Tropico, Powerade…

Key responsibilities :

  • P reparation of performance management routines locally
  • Primary support to m onthly performance review in close collaboration with Finance and Revenue Growth Management ( RGM ) functions – including updates of business scorecards, RGM trackers etc.
  • Support the preparation of France leadership team routines incl. business scorecard and RGM analysis
  • Daily support to address key business questions and insights relating to the understanding of our performance in the market
  • Provide a nalytical support to strategy, RGM , operations and marketing teams by quickly becoming an expert of our main data sources and tools
  • A fter a few months , be co-responsible for the training of the teams on insights tools (Nielsen/Kantar/internal data sources and tools )
  • Participate in and conduct strategic analyses:
  • P articipat e in strategic reflections and in-depth analyses
  • E nsure understanding of business performance by synthesizing data from consumer, shopper and customer sources
  • Partner with other interns from the strategy team in Europe to deliver a project to be present ed to the Europe S trategy L eadership T eam by the end of the internship
  • Active analysis of the market and opportunities in France:
  • m arket trends and changes in French consumer behaviour
  • m arket innovation watch (formats, flavors , brands)
  • e volution of the distribution landscape in retail and out-of-home channels
  • Connect and build a network with other TCCC functions in France and in Europe ( RGM, Finance, Marketing and Operations) and our bottling partner CCEP around key projects

Skills & Qualification

  • Student in a business school (preferably at the end of a course) or postgraduate student , desirable to have strong analytical backgrounds
  • Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills including knowledge of panels (Nielsen and Kantar) : you are comfortable with the interpretation of figures and seek to understand the behavior and business implications behind the data, you have a strong analytical mind, an excellent capacity to synthesize and attach importance to details
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) . French speakers are preferred but not mandatory
  • Dynamic, proactive, autonomous
  • Responsible, reliable, rigorous

Location: Job based in Issy-les- Moulineaux (92).

Start date : January 2024 (earlier start date possible)

Internship / Apprenticeship duration: 12 months
