Your mission

We look for an experienced Engagement Manager to support the growth and transformation of the Consulting and Services teams.

We are searching for a commercial referent of the service, responsible for the development of service proposals for transformation programs for our PLM and MOM technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing and monitoring service opportunities associated with our software on medium and large size engagements, with a significant Cloud / SaaS transformation strategy. You ensure the implementation of a robust commercial strategy and the commercial support of the project teams during the execution phase.

Ensure optimal customer experience from the first phases of construction of offers to the final delivery of the project and establish lasting relationships with our customers!

  • Maintain and develop business relationships within client accounts, drive the positioning and value of client engagement to ensure a consistent and professional experience for the client throughout projects
  • Together with the sales and pre-sales team, identify and manage engagement with all relevant external and internal partners
  • Rely on your commercial skills to develop service contracts by ensuring that the project can be delivered within the objectives of time, budget and quality
  • Lead the commercial negotiation of the Services with the client, in collaboration with the Sales teams, and clearly establish the conditions for implementing the project
  • Support the company’s “Move to Cloud” strategy by building adapted service offers
  • Achieve assigned service order and margin targets on existing and new named accounts
  • Provide presentations to customers in order to win new software and service opportunities
  • Work with Service management to request and assign qualified and experienced resources to key Siemens project positions and ensure proper organization for project execution

We advertise this permanent contract role in the location of our offices (Châtillon – Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, Nantes) but we are flexible in terms of candidateslocation (in France). The position is to be filled as soon as possible (Status – Cadre).

Other qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Significant experience in establishing service offers for IT projects, within service or software companies
  • Knowledge of the PLM, CAD, MOM, ERP market /other industrial softwares
  • Deep understanding and experience in customer processes of product development, process/production, maintenance
  • Understanding ofsoftware deployment and service delivery strategies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFE etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • Good ability to build relationships, persuade and influence at all levels
  • Adaptable and flexible; speedy response to requests/requirements
  • Sales or project management experience in software or consulting is a plus
  • Nice to have: experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or MOM (Manufacturing Operation Management) / MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementation projects, preferably on Siemens technologies
