This is a great opportunity to join P&G’s Europe Talent Team.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner across all our Commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) within the geographical scope of France, Belgium, and Netherlands. On this role, you will be working directly with various leaders, external partners, and other HR professionals and have a huge impact on the recruitment strategy for entry-level talents.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

In this role you will be responsible to:

  • Partner with the business to plan graduate, internship, and apprentice recruitment for FBNL by facilitating on-time delivery, whilst driving forward our ambitious Equality & Inclusion goals.
  • Develop and lead the campus recruitment strategy, partnering with our Campus Teams from the business and universities to secure the best graduate hires.
  • Being experimental to creatively own and lead the execution of P&G’s employer brand across online platforms and in-person events, including partnering with external graduate networks to deliver customized campaigns.
  • Continually optimising the plans to improve key focus measures and deliver the Ultimate Goals.
  • Creating sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles, knowing how to demonstrate the right tools such as Jobteaser, Sourcer, LinkedIn or other channels.
  • Grow and take full autonomy in carrying out strategies and playing a leadership role in the way the recruitment is run,
  • Collaborate with both the local HR team and the Regional Talent Supply organization to deliver an outstanding candidate experience,
  • Make use of data insights to decide on best actions and to influence your internal stakeholders.

This role is based in our Paris HQ, in Asnières-sur-Seine.

Job Qualifications

  • Master degree in HR or relevant field,
  • Graduate with ideally some experience in project management,
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities,
  • Ability to take initiative, innovate, collaborate by demonstrating strong influencing skills on stakeholders,
  • Ability to use data to drive insight and action, using data to story tell and influence partners,
  • Problem solving skills,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Proficient in French and English
