Our Product Team is looking for a passionate and dedicated colleague to join them and build world-class products to move the performance marketing industry forward.
In this role, you will be leading the development of new plugins, connectors and integrations, including with ecommerce and customer data platforms, to significantly enhance the customer experience on Awin.
Responsibilities include over the full product life-cycle from managing the backlog, defining new features, working with engineering teams for their development and taking them to market.
This is an exciting role where you will build and maintain a deep understanding of the e-commerce, customer data platform landscape and industry trends.

Key Tasks
- In this role you will serve as the Product Owner for internal or external engineers, leading them to develop high-quality products for our customers
- You will manage the platform integrations roadmap and collaborate with business stakeholders to maintain a list of next priorities with sound business cases
- You will work with Designers and the UX team to create easy, pleasant to use functionality
- You will define and measure product success metrics and use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
- You will partner with customer-facing teams to gather customer feedback and insights, and use that feedback to inform product development decisions
- You will iIdentify opportunities with product peers to further add value to our plugins and various platform integrations
- You will work with the Product Marketing team to communicate releases and drive adoption of existing and new products
- You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the e-commerce, customer-data platform landscape, and industry trends to inform product strategy for platform integrations
Skills & Expertise
- You have two or more years of experience working in product development roles
- You are experienced with Ecommerce or similar platforms
- You are comfortable with web technologies
- You are data driven and possess deep analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are great at communicating and managing stakeholders
- You are self-motivated, organised, capable of prioritising work and focusing on important tasks
