Four Seasons Hotel George V
Just off the Champs-Elysées, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is superbly located in the heart of the most fashionable quarter of Paris. Fronting on Avenue George V, it is ideally situated near the business district and major tourist attractions.

The 244 rooms Hotel includes 59 suites. Classic French furnishings and Parisian style create an elegant residential atmosphere. The hotel’s 5 Michelin starred restaurants serve refined cuisine in an elegant and warm atmosphere.

We are looking for our Parisian property for an experienced and qualified Directeur/trice de la Sécurité (M/F).

The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country.

A fluent level of French and English are required.

Position based in Paris.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals with exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communications skills. Someone who is able to successfully multi-task in a fast-pasted environment, is proactive, creative, and enjoys working in a team environment.

Essential Functions

  • Supervising and assisting, if necessary, in the smooth running of the service carried out by the members of his/her team.
  • To analyse and evaluate the work of his/her staff members and to submit annual evaluations within the deadlines set by the Human Resources Department.
  • Participate actively in department meetings.
  • Provide guests with a pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons Standards.
  • To provide training to hotel employees (FSITP, evacuation, …).
  • Communicate on a daily basis with other departments to ensure teamwork and professionalism.
  • To respect and enforce the budgets allocated to the department in order to sustain the company’s activity.
  • Participate in recruitment interviews according to the Four Seasons Quality Criteria and conduct Behaviour Based Interviewing.
  • Participate in the training of the team through a personalized follow-up of each member of the team and by proposing training actions to improve individual performance.
