Our JPMAM Senior Client Advisors are responsible for delivering outstanding client experiences and for achieving the sales targets of our organisation.

As our Client Advisor you need to act as an ambassador for JPMAM at all times with client satisfaction being your utmost goal. You are required to establish credibility and build rapport with our clients and promote our Investment strategies in an effort to increase our assets under management.

Our goal is to deeper penetrate the market and foster strong relationships with clients, new and existing.

Job responsibilities:

  • You will be ahead of industry developments and acquire a deep knowledge of the evolving regulatory landscape and product trends enabling us to anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions.
  • You will demonstrate a desire to collaborate and thrive in a team-based environment where compensation, recognition and rewards accrue to the teams that operate in our client’s best interests.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Ability to operate in a team setting, cultivating effective relationships with internal partners
  • Graduate degree or similar
  • AMF certification (mandatory), CFA (beneficial) or relevant post-graduate qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the financial services industry in a client facing role, preferably in asset management
  • Language: French (mother tongue), English (fluent in writing and speaking).

  • A passion for delivering the best products and solutions to our clients combined with a proven ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders at senior levels
  • Strong technical and analytic skills. Understanding of investment processes, risks, market and macro-economic framework
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with skills at project management and flexibility at applying innovative ideas to meet customers’ needs
  • High-impact communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an effective way
