Junior Field Brand Manager Desktop & Rugged

Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities or finding new ones and developing awareness of his/her LOB internally, the Dell Technologies Junior Field Brand Manager is in direct contact with the sales teams. As a subject-matter expert on his/her LOB, within the FBM CSG France team and in close collaboration with the EMEA Product Line Managers (PLMs), he or she is the ambassador of the workplace strategy especially on desktops and rugged devices.

What you’ll achieve
This role is about sales enablement and driving Desktop and Rugged lines of business.

As a Field Brand Manager Desktop and Rugged devices, you will work closely with core salesmakers and provide them the tools that will enable them to sell with confidence. You will be responsible of Desktop and Rugged devices business, driving M/S, revenue-units-margin and every relevant KPI.

You will:

• Focus on Sales Enablement and Training for French sales. Develop relevant and creative tools in order to do it. Interact with sales people on a day-to-day basis.

• Work closely with the FBM team, EMEA PLMs, Cycle Strategists and Sales people to get a perfect understanding of the market.

• Follow up on pipeline, define and monitor KPIs to drive performance

• Provide sales teams with roadmaps and training on key initiatives, industry trends and partner solutions
• Gather feedback through multiple channels, and communicate to appropriate marketing and business members

Essential Requirements
• 0 to 1 years of related experience (Graduate)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse environment with many different stakeholders in a matrixed structure

• Excellent communication skills: fluent in French and good level of English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong team spirit, autonomy & creativity

Desirable Requirements
• Degree in Marketing
