WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own the strategic enterprise client marketing plan that creates delight, loyalty, and love for the people who matter most to us

Design an experience-first client journey that fuels our flywheel and supports  engaging adoption, on-boarding, learning, renewal, and upsell journeys for each of our client segments and service levels
Collaborate with the Sales and Client Success teams to define, build and manage a strategic and scalable client marketing program that support strategic growth through retention, upsell, and cross sell opportunities

Create education and engagement programs for our clients and strategic partners

Manage end-to-end omnichannel campaigns and client communications across the client lifecycle (think events, community building, webinars, social, in-product, etc)
Identify incredible client stories to create case studies in line with our growth strategy
Consistent relationship building with clients and internal stakeholders, on stories, media pitches, awards, conferences, and regional events
Identify opportunities to collaborate on joint press/ thought leadership opportunities
Create programs to build advocates that drive a client referral program 

Manage a data driven marketing function

Leverage Salesforce to create reports, dashboards, and campaigns with little to no support from admins or engineers
Establish a performance analytics dashboard to share your results across the business and to executives 
Use analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of your activities, ROI and adjust campaigns accordingly

WHO YOU ARE

Seasoned Salesforce user
Ability to write effective copy without a copywriting team
Experienced in B2B SaaS marketing to enterprise clients
Proven track record of designing programs and campaigns to achieve business outcomes
Project management experience working in cross functional teams
Ability to create engaging content across multiple channels
Positive can-do attitude with the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity as needed
Default to thoughtful, humble, empathetic, respectful, and calm communication
Never operates with an adversarial attitude
Experience with Hubspot, Catalyst, Tableau and similar tools preferred
