DESCRIPTION

Amazon Marketplace continues to evolve to be the best place for third party (3P) Sellers of all sizes to reach out to hundreds of millions of Customers by leveraging our tools and services.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, customer obsessed, and highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to support the expansion of Sellers’ business on the European Amazon websites and help them grow on the Amazon Marketplace.
This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions. You will work autonomously, with a consultancy approach, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives and drive initiatives impacting Domestic Sellers growth and Performance.
The ideal candidate should possess analytical, commercial skills mixed with capabilities to elaborate, implement and scale strategic vision.

Key job responsibilities
– Define, implement and audit a robust roadmap to increase new-to-Amazon Domestic Sellers’ launches and growth through Self Service Registration (SSR)
– Own one of the EU Consumables Product Family (PF) Roadmap workstreams & identify further business opportunities to grow Consumables at EU level
– Define and improve strategies for growing the overall Domestic business
– Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for service and business improvement along the key
– Define, scope and partner with other teams/functions to deliver key strategic initiatives
– Set clear, measurable quality goals for managed initiatives.
– Have the obsession to drive a better customer experience through everything that we do here at Amazon
– Bring innovative ideas to the table every day, in order to find better ways of accomplishing our customer objectives
– Ability to think, persuade stakeholders, drive initiatives and communicate with senior management and other business/technical partners on decisions, status and risks

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s Degree or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) • Familiar with sales, supply chain management and finance • 6+ years of experience in program management/sales experience • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional capacity • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills. • A strong attention to detail • An uncommon ability to deal with ambiguity • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Excellent business judgment and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
– Experience on multitasking and managing multiple initiatives – work prioritization, planning and task delegation
– Experience on delivering initiatives from conception through completion
– Experience in roles that required driving strategic change while managing operations
