Role Description:
We are looking for an Equality Talent Partner Recruiter to excel with our amazing team that is focused on accelerating growth and representation. In addition to being a full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, vetting, and closing great candidates, you’ll directly impact our equality recruiting strategy, helping to ensure that underrepresented candidates have access to job opportunities and have an inclusive experience from application to onboarding.
Your Impact:
- Sourcing, recruiting and hiring diverse professionals across a variety of roles throughout Salesforce
- Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing, advocating for talent, and closing offers
- Collaborate with Office of Accessibility teams on attracting, sourcing, and hiring people with disability talent
- Help develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ability to influence hiring decisions and leverage data, programs, and outreach to provide access and advocate for underrepresented talent
- Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles
- Partner with other departments (Office of Accessibility, Finance, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through to on-boarding
- Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively
- Running weekly candidate tracking and reporting
- Updating internal applicant tracking system with candidate information
- Identifying external networking opportunities in order to further the Salesforce employee brand
- Participate in new hire training as needed and mentor team members to support onboarding and enablement
- Take care of self and others. Donate time to help make the world a better place and provide equal treatment to all
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years full life cycle recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing talent from underrepresented communities (like women, people with disabilities, URMs)
- Professional Proficiency in French and English is required
- Ability to partner and influence team members at all levels, including executives to build diversity and inclusion plans for recruitment as well as ongoing outreach programs. Provides mentorship and acts as a subject matter authority.
- Efficiently deliver on all deadlines and magnificently implement in a very fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred)
- Previous cultural competency or diversity, equity and inclusion experience
